Frank Castellone named Director of Security for CharterCARE
Frank Castellone, a retired Captain from the Rhode Island State Police, has been named Director of Security for CharterCARE Health Partners. Castellone most recently served as Security Manager at Roger Williams Medical Center.
In this new system-level position, Castellone will manage and direct the work of the security department to ensure the safety of employees, public, buildings and grounds throughout CharterCARE.
Castellone served with the Rhode Island State Police for 25 years, concluding his career as Captain/Executive Officer/Director of Operations for the Rhode Island Department of Public Safety. During his service with the State Police, Castellone served in every barracks in Rhode Island, as the liaison to the Rhode Island Airport Corporation and as the District “B” Commander overseeing the uniformed division with the State Police.
He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve in 1989. He graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Justice Studies from Rhode Island College.
Castellone is a resident of Burrillville.
