Rebecca Plonsky chosen for “40 Under 40” honor by Providence Business News
Rebecca Plonsky, Prospect CharterCARE’s national vice president of development, Prospect Integrated Behavioral Health, has been chosen as a “40 Under 40” honoree by Providence Business News. The annual award is given to professionals under 40 based on career success and community involvement.

Since then, she has been promoted to her current expanded role, overseeing operations and development for New England programs, and some of our system’s national initiatives. Rebecca helped establish CharterCARE as the Innovation Center for many of Prospect Integrated Behavioral Health’s novel programs, including several substance use disorder initiatives and our long-term behavioral health unit. She has been the behavioral health lead for the Accountable Entity Program and Government and Payer Relations in Rhode Island. Rebecca has also contributed to improvement efforts at the behavioral health programs of our affiliated hospitals in Connecticut.
