Patricia Nadle Named Vice President
of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer
(North Providence, RI) Patricia A. Nadle, RN,
M.Ed, who has served as interim Vice President
of patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer at St.
Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island since April,
has been named to the position on a permenanet
basis.

Nadle has held a number of nursing leadership posts, both
as a Chief Nursing Officer and as a consultant. She was
previously Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Alegent Health
in Omaha, Nebraska. She also served as Chief Nursing Officer
at Cape Cod Hospital and Crouse Hospital in upstate New
York.
"Throughout her career, Pat has demonstrated exemplary
leadership and teamwork in advancing clinical initiatives
focused on the delivery of safe, quality care,"
said Kenneth H. Belcher, President and CEO of CharterCARE
Health Partners. "Nursing will play an integral
role as we continue to focus on the delivery of excellent
patient care."
Since joining St. Joseph, Nadle has worked closely
with her colleagues in nursing and others around the
hospital on initiatives like Stroke Certification, patient
satisfaction, fall prevention, medication reconciliation,
and training of clinical staff on improving care for
elderly hospitalized patients.
Nadle received her Master in Education, Business Management
and Administration from Cambridge College. She received
her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Elms College
in Chicopee, MA, where she graduated Cum Laude. Nadle
has a number of teaching appointments, publications,
and professional memberships to her credit.
